Standard First Aid (Blended)
Blended Standard First Aid combines online learning and in-person training for flexibility. Participants complete the theoretical portion online and attend a hands-on skills session with an instructor. Certification is valid for three years, making it a convenient and effective way to learn essential first aid skills.

Blended Learning Format
The blended learning option allows participants to complete approximately 50% of the course online, offering greater flexibility to study from home or the workplace. This format helps participants optimize their time by progressing through theoretical content at their own pace. The online modules cover first aid theory, skill concepts, and medical knowledge, and may reduce total course time by up to 25%.
Online Portion: Estimated to take 4–7 hours
In-Class Portion: 8 hours of hands-on, instructor-led training<br?
CPR Options:
Level C CPR includes Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, plus AED use
Level A CPR includes only Adult CPR and AED
Important Notes:
Upon registration, participants will be enrolled in the Red Cross system and receive an email with login details and instructions to complete their profile.
The online portion must be completed at least 24 hours before the in-class session.
Participants have 4 weeks to complete the classroom portion after finishing the online portion.
No refunds will be issued for failure to complete the online portion on time.
This course meets or exceeds WSIB requirements for workplace First Aid Training and provides nationally recognized Red Cross certification.
