Standard First Aid (Level C)

A comprehensive course that equips individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to respond to common medical emergencies.

Standard First Aid (Level A)

A course designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to basic medical emergencies.

Standard First Aid (Blended)

Online learning and in-person training for flexibility. Participants complete the theoretical portion online and attend a hands-on skills session.

Babysitting Course/Youth Leader

BC/YL is designed to provide individuals aged 11 to 15 with the knowledge and skills needed to provide safe and responsible care for infants and children.

Emergency First Aid

Designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to respond to common medical emergencies. Course covered: CPR, choking, bleeding control, and shock management.

Stay Safe Course

Designed to teach children aged 9 to 13 how to stay safe and independent when home alone. Courses covered: home safety, emergency preparedness, and basic first aid.
